About 2 km away from the commotion of Sozopol, 600 m from the beautiful beach of Kavatzite, and 35 km from Burgas, two cozy houses – Rositza and Lilly – are picturesquely situated upon the sea rocks. The view from each room reveals the infinite sea and supernal (heavenly) azure which embrace St. Toma island. At their feet the calm waves of the bay, sheltering a variety of sea shoals, splash the coastal rocks, which hang over two romantic beaches.  Rositza and Lilly houses are architecturally designed so as to fuse with this unforgettable landscape. You will delight in the authentic natural beauty and the original interior, which leave the sensation of uniqueness. The good spirits and the comfort are everywhere in this fairy recess. In the embrace of the beautiful garden of the two houses-sisters, in the pool, jacuzzi and company of good friends and cooling drinks, here you will find your oasis even in the most sweltering summer days. Rositza and Lilly houses have a total of 8 double rooms and 2 studios, all of which overlook the sea. They are named in reflection of the designer’s approach to their individual appearance – The Rattan, The White, The Metal, The Japanese Rooms. Each room provides very good atmosphere for relaxation.
All rooms have a terrace, bathroom (with separate shower-cabin), hair-dryer, WC, air-conditioner, satellite TV, mini-bar, a safe and internet.

Our staff takes care of all guests at the common kitchen and living room, should you wish to get relieved from the daily household chores. Should you feel tempted to test your culinary skills or have some special grilled meals, you could also use the bar-B-Q.

If you prefer quietness and comfort, you can rejoice in these at the pool, jacuzzi, or in the beautiful garden of the two houses-sisters. While enjoying the lovely vistas, you can also get refreshed with your favourite drink. Beaches

If you are looking for romantic experiences, you can join the local people at the two rocky beaches of the bay. The place offers splendid opportunities for scuba diving fans. It is as if the under-water world of the Black sea has gathered here. This is a favorite pastime area for the local fishermen, who still sail their old boats and fish here. You can see them in the morning while sailing round the hundred-meter-long pound-net. Cormorants and sea-gulls wait for their breakfast and the sea would not let them down. The natural protection of the bay will bring you endless tranquility. Near the Budjaka area there are the Kavatzite and Harmanite guarded beaches. Kavatzite is the central beach of the Old town of Sozopol. Harmanite beach is in the new part of Sozopol. There you can combine beach entertainment, such as jet, surf, water wheel with leisure time spent at the numerous cafes, restaurants and places of entertainment.

If you would prefer to add greater diversity to the experience, you can also choose between some more adjacent beaches, e.g. the beach at the Zlatnata ribka camping site – 3 km away from Sozopol, beach at the Gradina camping site - 4 km away from Sozopol, beach at the Chernomoretz camping site, St. Nikola bay - 6 km away from Sozopol, Chervenka beach, a bay St. Nikola – 7 km away from Sozopol, Alepu beach – 8 km away from Sozopol, Arkutino beach – 14 km away from Sozopol, Vromos beach, Vromos bay– 16 km away from Sozopol, and Ropotamo beach– 18 km away from Sozopol.

Transportation

The tourists arriving or departing from Bourgas airport (situated 10km north – east from the town) could choose between cab services, public transport (line 15, the bus stop is in front of ‘Departure’ terminal) or rent-a-car services (there is a ‘Rent a car’ branch office at the ‘Arrival’ terminal) I

n Sozopol you could also rent a car, motorcycle or bicycle as well as take a cab. To travel trough all parts of the seaside and the country you could use public or private transportation companies. The buses arrive and depart from the bus station in Sozopol or from the center of the New town. Most of the private companies offer international transportation as well.

How to reach villa Lilly

Driving from Burgas, there is a sign to Sozopol, you keep straight ahead in the main road.

There is a second sign, to Kavatsi, to the left, you have to turn left at this point. 3 kms in the road to Kavatsi there is another sign, to Apolonia Beach, to the left, in this point you turn left and only several meters ahead you turn left again (turning right would go to Apolonia Beach).

1km on this road, which ends in Sozopol, you will find the house.
