The apartment is situated next to Princess Hotel, very close to the Central Railway and Bus stations, on walking distance from one of the main shopping boulevards in Sofia - Maria Luiza blvd.

You can enjoy brand new furniture and all other necessary appliances for a long or short-term stay. It is on the third floor with lift available in the building. It is spread on 60 sq. meters area, consisting of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There are two TV sets and our guests can find about 70 channels in the main languages. For your comfort there is an air-conditioner in the living room. The apartment is suitable for one person, a couple or a family with a child because the sofa in the living room is extandable. There is a phone for local calls and free ADSL Internet + WiFi connection. In the kitchen you can find a microwave oven, toster, fridge, coffee and cappuchino maker. There is a washing machine for our guests who stay for a longer period. There is a small bathroom with shower and toilet.
