This nice and new studio is located in the south-eastern part of the capital near to Sofia Airport, one of the biggest Sport Hall " Hristo Botev", Winter Sports Palace and more than 20 disco clubs.

The studio is suitable for not more than two people. There is one room with a double bed or two single beds, kitchen corner and a bathroom.

Next door is Student apartment 2 – a wonderful studio – and both apartments are very suitable for a group of 4 people - friends or colleagues - willing to stay together.

The flat is in a new building and upon request we could offer you also a garage. It costs 5 euros per day, possible discount for longer period.
